Zendster launches first belgian internet satellite truck
Zendster streaming media introduces the first satellite truck for live internet broadcasting in Belgium.
The studio handles premixed video and images directly from a camera as well. The equipment needed for audio and video processing is complemented by streaming encoders that transmit images directly into web format.
Internationally, the opportunities of internet-over-satellite are already longer recognised. The BBC e.g. uses this method to enable live interviews with journalists in a cost-effective manner.
Zendster now introduces the first IP-based satellite truck in Belgium, opening the possibility to stream live video independently from almost anywhere in Western Europe.
The era of mobile video production studios being reserved for big TV stations is now definitely past us.
